Return basics

These are the core standards we use when reviewing return requests, so you can quickly see what qualifies and what to expect before sending anything back.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) subject to the following conditions and exceptions.

General return conditions

  • Item(s) must be returned in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • If the returned items are in an acceptable condition, we will offer you a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.

When a package is returned for customer-side reasons

If a package is returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence of the recipient.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes.
  • Refusal to accept the package.

The following refund rules apply:

1. Shipping cost deduction: We will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred by us from your total refund amount. Free Shipping refers to a promotional offer and does not mean that no shipping cost was incurred.

Note: If your order originally qualified for Free Shipping, the actual cost we paid to the carrier to ship your order will still be deducted from the refund.

2. Restocking fee: A restocking fee of up to 5% of the item price may apply.

3. Return shipping: The cost of returning the package to our warehouse will also be deducted from the refund if billed to us by the carrier.

4. Refund timing: Please allow up to two weeks after the refund is processed for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Customer service notice: Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after receipt, and no later than 5 business days from delivery.

6. Inspection before refund: Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.

Product-specific exceptions

Some items need extra care because freshness, hygiene, and safety standards limit what can be returned even when the order was placed in good faith.

Specific return policies exist for certain categories due to health and safety regulations.

Food, beverages, and supplements

  • Standard Policy: Food, beverages, and dietary supplements are not returnable or replaceable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Undeliverable Packages (Special Clause): If a food or health product is returned to us due to customer error, such as a wrong address, an unclaimed parcel, or a refused delivery, and the product has expired or has fewer than 60 days remaining before expiration by the time it reaches our facility, no refund will be issued.

We cannot resell perishable items that have spent extended time in transit due to delivery failures caused by customer error.

If something arrives defective or damaged

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, including food and health products, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance.

How to start a return

If your order may qualify, please contact us before mailing anything back. We will confirm the next step and help make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Contact us within 7 days: Share your original order number and the reason for the return after receiving the item.

2. Keep the timeline in mind: The return window is 60 days from the purchasing date.

3. Repack everything carefully: Include the original packaging and accessories with the item(s).

4. Use a trackable shipping method: Return the item(s) with the carrier of your choice using a service that includes tracking.

5. Allow time for processing: It can take up to 4 weeks for an item to reach us, up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after receipt, and up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to appear in your account.
