What is shipping time window?

The average time from placing order to receiving package is approximately 14 days under normal circumstances.

Here’s an overview of our typical shipping timeframes:

We aim to ship most orders within 0-3 days of purchase.For special or limited-stock matcha products, we may require an additional 3-5 days to secure fresh stock from the manufacturer.

  • Shipping to Customers:

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-14 days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our customer got items on 10 days from US.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 0-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
