Simply lovely!

This is one magnificent, beginner’s matcha as its not so complex body is definitely not meaning boring at all. With oatmilk as an iced latte, it is creamy, milk chocolaty, lightest umami, without much lingering aftertaste. No bitterness at all, it’s just quite easy and refreshing to drink. It is light bodied, has no astringency when whisked thoroughly- highly recommend for those newly treading into matcha. This Aoarashi matcha holds a special place in my heart as it is the first, higher quality matcha that started my own personal journey. I still love it!
