Nakamura Tokichi Hatsu Mukashi Matcha 30g(初昔)

Matcha may be prepared in two styles: usucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea), each revealing a different side of its character. Hatsu Mukashi is especially recommended for koicha.
Deep and concentrated, it leaves a lingering impression on the palate. Its generous body has almost no bitterness, while the mouthfeel is complex and elegant.

- Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), knead until smooth. If it is too thick, add a small amount of hot water.

- Add the matcha and hot water, then whisk (or knead) thoroughly with a chasen.
