‘Sanyū no Shiro’ is a matcha favored by Grand Master Jimyōsai of the Omotesenke tradition, at the Fushinan teahouse.

"Omotesenke" is one of the major schools of Japanese tea ceremony.

"Fushinan" is the name of a teahouse.

"Jimyōsai" is the title of the Grand Master of the Omotesenke school.
