‘Seijō no Shiro’ is a matcha favored by the Headmaster of the Urasenke tradition, Zabōsai, at the Kyouan teahouse.
"Urasenke" is one of the primary schools of the Japanese tea ceremony.
"Kyouan" is the name of a teahouse.
"Zabōsai" is the title of the current Headmaster (or Grand Master) of the Urasenke school.
