Great sweet flavor and delicious umami. Definitely buy it is a 10/10, would buy again.
Not too bitter like a pinch to the face but a more vegetal and sweet, healthy matcha powder. Mainly for Matcha Lattes and Matcha Foods

amazing product but in my opinion the price is ridiculous for 100g even in a matcha shortage. blessed to have an opportunity to try. definitely noticed right away the difference between this high quality one versus low quality matcha.
