Yamamasa Koyamaen Sekka no Mukashi comes from Uji, Kyoto, and is produced by Yamamasa Koyamaen, a company founded in the first year of the Bunkyu era (1861). From tea cultivation to grinding, every step is meticulously crafted by hand.

Usucha blend favoured by Kawakamikansetsu Iemoto, the grand tea master of Edosenke Rengean.

Recommended Uses

This product is made of first flush green tea from Uji tea fields by Yamamasa Koyamaen tea manufacturer, Kyoto.

Recommended for making koicha (thick tea).
